To help you elevate your Instagram presence, I've created three sets of fully customizable templates. You'll need a Canva account to access them, but don’t worry—a free account works perfectly.

EVENT ANNOUNCEMENT:
These three pages are ready for you to insert the time, date, and place for your next yoga event. They are perfect for advertising workshops, retreats, or training sessions.
DAILY CHECK-IN:
This simple daily video template provides space for you to share your own video and a few details of your day. I love using these to build relationships and turn followers into friends.
TEACHING SCHEDULE:
Most yoga teachers have a set schedule, but subbing, vacations, and special events can change week to week. Every Sunday, I post my schedule so my local students can adjust their plans accordingly. This set of templates includes an option for teaching 1 - 6 classes per week. Before I post these on Instagram, I tag every studio I'm teaching at for easier re-posting.
