Hello Flowity Flow Club! Welcome back and get ready to dive in. This week's flow was titled by my teenager. It's a weird (and funny) story. Catch it in the flow chat. This week's flow was a combination of two flows both of which ended with chaturangas, but by the time we combined them all together, all the chaturangas had been removed. I'm a big believer that sometimes finding progressions in a sequence can mean taking out the robotic repititions and keeping the brain active! This week's flow chat hits 3 topics:

  1. The flow combo: I always include the breakdown of the sequences I teach, how I teach them, and how I combine them all together in one super flow at the end.

  2. Side plank start and finish: Once we arrived at the ending super flow, we had eliminated all of the chaturangas. We started in side plank on one side and finished in side plank on the other side, so we were ready to keep on flowing with no interruption.

  3. Adding a push moment: Sometimes I will add a push moment after flowing through the right side before moving on to the left. This week I used a yoga burpee for that "in between" moment. I'll tell you all about it.
