PEOPLE IN OHIO HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH YOUR MEAL

If you're new here...the titles of my classes are something I heard that week that made me laugh. This one isn't even worth explaining (my kids are so weird). You can find the original Instagram reel highlighting this flow HERE.


I taught this flow in 3 parts, then combined them all into one super sequence at the end.


The unique part of this flow is the way I switched standing legs halfway through the sequence. In prepping the class, I felt like my right leg (on the right side) was getting way too burnt out halfway through the sequence, so I used a pose to switch the standing leg. I talk all about this in this week's flow chat below!


Also unique to this flow is the kick-through booty tap right at the top of the sequence. I don't even have a name for it. I spent a few minutes in the flow chat discussing how I taught it in the warm up (with 3 different variations) to make sure my students were comfortable with the movement before we really got flowing. I also ended up filming a quick little demo to walk you through it.
